Robin Eifler commenced her professional career in the field of real property law with the firm of Swanson and Dowdall in 1989, specializing in mobilehome park and landlord-tenant law, representing mobilehome park owners and their allied and service industry clients, including nonprofit corporations, resident and municipal-owned communities, and property management firms. Her decades of experience includes practice in the Mobilehome Residency Law, the Mobilehome Parks Act, implementing regulations, rent controls, landlord-tenant law and constitutional law, with emphasis on property rights, conversions of land use, and State and Federal housing laws. Robin also appears in the Bankruptcy Courts on behalf of client-creditors. Robin has years of experience in the field of worker's compensation law, having represented many employers and insurers (including the Santa Ana Unified School District, K-Mart, May Department Stores, Garden Grove Unified School District, Utica Insurance Company, Gallagher-Bassett Insurance Services, Inc., and Crawford and Company) relative to employee claims. Robin has averaged 75 trials a year in unlawful detainer and forcible detainer cases for more than 10 years, plus her many other responsibilities. Robin is further charged with overseeing the preparation of the many demand letters, warehouseman liens, legal notices and valuable daily advice provided to owners across the State. Education:
