PARALEGAL, EXPERIENCED: Dowdall Law Offices, A.P.C. is currently seeking a full time paralegal for the manufactured housing field. Essential skills include a working knowledge of the California Mobilehome Residency Law and knowledge of commercial and residential landlord-tenant law. Proficiency in wordperfect and word programs and writing ability essential: testing may be expected. High morale environment but serious, diligent and very committed. Personal integrity, accountability, reliability and conscientiousness are also essential. A team player. Must be bondable. Drug test and random drug testing. Ours is a professional environment.
