Dowdall Law Offices, A.P.C. was established in 1993 by attorney Terry R. Dowdall (after serving as partner in Swanson and Dowdall, P.C. for 15 years), to pursue the advancement of a streamlined, effective and technologically advanced law practice limited to representation of park owners, landlords, property management firms, housing associations and municipal concerns.

Through the years we have maintained cordial and lasting relationships with clients, decades-long and through generations of ownership. Our more than 30 years in the industry is based on personal relationships for which we are forever indebted. With great appreciation, it is our privilege to continue providing the very best advice and service available to clientele with great care to avoid needless expense or risky strategies and tactics.

As owners ourselves, prudent business judgment is our mantra. Your business is to make money and serve your residents, not pay lawyers. We aim to achieve the fastest, least expensive and most efficient attainment of objectives. We will always strive to do the best we can because, simply, we care.

The business model for Dowdall Law Offices, A.P.C. is predicated on efficiency and innovation. Head-to-head cost estimates are half or less than larger firms similarly credentialed (lawyers from major schools with 20 and 30 years of experience). Our costs for services are less because of several factors which make us a more competitive choice than other firms, especially when compared to larger organizations. We own our building (no office space to lease), we are highly specialized and focused, we use experienced paralegals whenever possible, we employ effective electronic research techniques, we use document imaging, we prefer reliable vendors rather than unnecessary support personnel, we keep extensive archives of materials and resources for our practice, we use e-mail extensively to provide status reports and communications. All this brings state of the art service at reasonable cost.

We do not charge for overhead items such as faxing (sending or receiving), secretarial or word processing services, postage (except federal express, overnight mail, or personal delivery), long distance telephone charges, xerox copies (except large jobs by outside vendors) or lodging, traveling or other add-on items. In short, our rates, though less than others, bring experienced representation at reasonable cost because there is no wasted motion, no unnecessary expense.
