Diane Medina commenced her professional career in 1990 as a business and real estate litigation attorney. In 1995 she started in the manufactured housing industry as in-house counsel for a large property management company, representing the owners of mobilehome parks located throughout the State of California including corporate, real estate, litigation management and human resources. Her experience in the manufactured housing industry includes practice in all aspects of the Mobilehome Residency Law, Mobilehome Parks Act, State and Federal Fair Housing Law and Practice, onsite management advice, rent control, regulatory compliance, employment issues, insurance coverage and liability, foreclosures, evictions, failure to maintain, as well as in drafting residency documents, employment policies and procedures, and legal forms.
